Tracking and Safety System
Abstract:
This project is an attempt for developing an android based tracking and safety system. The basic aim of this project is to provide safety/security to humans. In this project an android based tracking system is developed that tracks the location of person in real time and sends back to authorized person using GSM module. The person will be able to start the system by fingerprint scan, password or pattern. This application starts working when user sets timer for alarming. After setting the alarm, the user must have to provide one or more contact numbers which he/she wants to contact in any critical situation. On system start-up, it requires the person to scan his/her finger print or to set password on the system. The system will send his/her location to the authorized personnel number through SMS message as a security measure as well as produces a sounds continuously so that nearby people may realize the situation. In case of someone hits the person or the person falls down and get unconscious, he/she will not need to do anything, this system will automatically start the dual security feature without authentication.
